TES - The Return

I hope you guessed who's that Dunmer with the obvious final clue at his finger...^^
The fellow with a tail is a Tang Mo, monkey dude from Akavir, quite inspired from the one I already drew. "Serjo" is a respective title in Dunmeri, like "Sir", good way to avoir naming issue.

So what if he came back from Akavir? ...And found what's left of Morrowind. Ugh. He never came back, why so? Did Azura tell him about the Red Year and the second Arnesian war? I like the idea of the Nerevarine coming back but keeping his identity secret to avoid being accused of everything bad that happened to Morrowind like "if Vivec was still there the Ministry of Truth wouldn't have collapsed" etc.
